Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and facilities provided by Everybody’s Gym and Wellness Center (“the Gym”).
1.2 By using the Gym’s services and facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Membership
2.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and above.
2.2 Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2.3 The Gym reserves the right to change membership prices and terms at any time.
Services and Facilities
3.1 The Gym provides various services and facilities, including gym equipment, group fitness classes, and personal training.
3.2 The Gym reserves the right to change or withdraw services and facilities at any time.
3.3 You must use the services and facilities in a responsible and respectful manner.
Payment
4.1 You must pay all fees and charges associated with your membership and use of the Gym’s services and facilities.
4.2 The Gym accepts various payment methods, including credit card and bank transfer.
4.3 You must notify the Gym of any changes to your payment details.
Cancellation
5.1 You may cancel your membership at any time with good cause by providing written notice to the Gym.
5.2 The Gym may cancel your membership if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees and charges.
Liability
6.1 The Gym is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your use of the services and facilities, except to the extent caused by the Gym’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6.2 You must indemnify the Gym against any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through Dispute Resolution Process.
