Local Tip: Turn off electronics at least an hour before bed. Take a warm bath with Epsom salts to unwind and ease tension. If you are particularly stressed stop by the Gym and alternate doing an ice plunge and a steam bath for about 5 minutes each, two or three times in a row. You will sleep like a baby. Careful as you drive home. You will be particularly lethargic.
2. Nourish Your Body with Healthy Foods
What you eat fuels your body and mind. Choose nutrient-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein to support energy levels and overall well-being. Stay hydrated by carrying a reusable water bottle and sipping throughout the day.

3. Move Your Body Regularly
